The Unity Church of Alhambra Foundation is honored to announce that the 2018 Rev. Mark Fisk Memorial Scholarship has been awarded to Stacy Macris Ros, of Unity of the Oaks in Thousand Oaks, CA.
The scholarship allowed Stacy to complete her LUT Intensive Path Courses at Unity Village. “It has been a long-time goal to be a Licensed Unity Teacher, and I’m excited that I’m that much closer to achieving it,” Stacy shared in an interview.

The Foundation was honored to have worked with Mark since our founding, in support of our region’s Uniteen and Y.O.U. retreats, rallies, and camps. And when he chose the path of ordination, we were honored to offer support to his church and congregation in Mesa, AZ. Stacy worked with Mark as a Youth Director and Y.O.U. Sponsor. She followed him in service to our region’s teens as the Teen Ministry Consultant, a position she embraced for close to 5 years. “I was honored to inherit the curricula that he designed through years of development, and I saw how deeply it touched the lives of those he served. His dedication to our teen programs, and to the youth themselves, was remarkable and inspiring. I was honored to follow in his footsteps as Regional Teen Ministry Consultant.”
